B9 card transactions go through two phases:
- Pending
- Completed
Transactions first start as pending in order to allow for adjustments. Adjustments such as cancellations, tips to merchants, changes in the total, and more can happen in this phase of the transaction. Most transactions usually settle in the same amount as pending so that it does not affect your balance.
If a transaction is cancelled, it may take a few business days for the funds to be off hold and back into your B9 account. Any additional changes that happen will be reflected in your transaction history. If you have any questions about a transaction, please contact the merchant directly.
