Missing Payroll Deposit:
We are sorry to hear your paycheck hasn’t hit yet! If this is your first direct deposit, it can take a pay cycle for changes to be reflected depending on your employer.
Please reach out to your employer and make sure that they have the correct account number and routing number. You can find that information in the Wallet Tab of the app by clicking in the top right corner and selecting B9 Wallet.
Unlike traditional banks, B9 does not hold your direct deposit until Friday to release it. We do not hold payroll deposits and as soon as we receive the deposit from your employer, we will post it! In the meantime, keep checking your B9 app for your up-to-date account balance!
Merchant Refunds:
Refunds depend on the refund policy of the store (merchant) you are expecting the refund from. Many stores (merchants) will refund your purchase anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Depending on the policy, many stores (merchants) must process and authorize a refund prior to it being posted to your B9 account. Please allow for some time so that the merchant’s refund policy may be fulfilled.
ACH Transfers:
ACH transfers can take up to 72 business hours to complete (excluding weekends and federal holidays). In many cases, these transfers can settle sooner.
