Whether you lost your card or just need a new one, ordering a new card is easy!
Reorder B9 Physical card
We recommend that you first ensure that the address you have on file is correct. You can view this information in the Profile Tab of the app under Personal Info. If the address is incorrect, reach out to our support team with proof of address such as a utility bill so that the address may be changed at your request.
Cards take 5-10 business days to be delivered. If your card has not arrived after 10 business days, please reach back out to Support in B9 app or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you ensure the address you have on file is correct, follow these steps to order a new card:
Log in to your B9 app -> Go to the Cards tab -> Tap on the physical card -> Hit the 3 dots in the top right corner - > Choose to lock your card -> Choose to order a new card
Reorder B9 Virtual card
To reissue a virtual card, go to Cards tab, tap on virtual card and follow the steps below:
Don't forget to activate the card and set PIN before you use it!
