After receiving your first payroll deposit, B9 will offer you an advance within one hour of receiving your deposit. You will see a banner notification on your phone letting you know that an advance is available. You can also view available advance offers on the bottom of the Wallet Tab of the app.
If you received your payroll deposit, but haven't gotten an advance, there could be a few reasons that an advance offer hasn't been extended:
- deposit just wasn't recognized as a payroll deposit, there was a system error that prevented the advance from being offered. If this is the case, please reach out to our Customer Success Team
- deposit is ineligible for the advance service at this time such as a deposit from SSI or UI. If this is the case, try adding additional sources of income such as Doordash, Uber, Lyft, etc.
