If you wish to close your account, please make sure to remove your direct deposit away from coming to B9 to avoid any future issues by following these steps:
Open the B9 app -> Go to the profile tab -> Tap on manage your direct deposit -> Select online deposit switch -> Tap on continue -> Tap at the button on the top right corner next to "your connections" -> Select: revoke access.
You can move your deposit away from the "Manage your direct deposit" and also by going directly to your employer to update your paycheck allocation with them. We suggest confirming with your employer as well.
