We strongly recommend that you reach out to the merchant you are wanting to dispute the transaction from in order to discuss the details of the transaction. This may be a much quicker process to resolve your concern, as they may be able to refund you the purchase and save you time.
If you are looking to continue with the dispute process, please note that only transactions that are posted to your account can be disputed. Pending charges may be temporary or can change before they post.
We strongly recommend you reaching out to the merchant for immediate questions about any charges you may have with them. You also have the ability to lock your card to prevent further transactions from occurring by going to the Cards Tab of the app, clicking on the top right corner, and selecting Lock Card.
