How to upload images to ensure the best outcome:
- Use the original document (not a copy or scanned image)
- Use the appropriate document
- Be sure to take the picture in a bright, well lit room
- Avoid any glares, don’t use a flash
- Ensure that the entire document is captured and that none of the important areas are covered
Before completing/submitting the image capture, please check that all documents in the picture are clear and legible.
Still fail to scan your ID?
There could be several reasons why your document is not being captured:
- Make sure you don't have an active account under different phone number. If you do - request to update the phone number on your previous account
- Your document doesn't have expiration date (system doesn't accept documents without expiration date)
